THE APPLICATION OF THE MONTH! DOSING PERISTALTIC PUMPS FOR THE DOSAGE OF ADDITIVES FOR HEATING
Among the latest innovations related to the application of our peristaltic dosing pumps we can mention the project concerning our MP2-SPEEDY-PH models for dosing additives in heating systems.
Specific application: in heating systems the right degree of acidity of the water that conveys the heat allows to keep under control the formation of limestone, bacteria, mold and other dangerous microorganisms. It is therefore necessary to check the presence of pH regulating products. Manual dosing is complicated and always at risk of forgetfulness and over or under-dosing. The automation of the treatment guarantees the best results.
The peristaltic dosing pump MP2-SPEEDY-PH is easy to install and adjust, as it is equipe with an independent water quality control and analysis system based on the needs of the system. The programming allows the precise dispensing of the desired quantity, allowing a constant presence of the product at the right pH values, reducing errors and excessive consumption and generating greater safety and product savings.
The IP55 case guarantees the possibility of positioning in technical rooms near the plant, allowing maximum design flexibility of the system.
The peristaltic pump must have the following salient features: programmable flow-rate according to system needs, 230 Volt power supply, outlet pressure up to 1 Bar, resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents, small size, robustness, reliability, reduced maintenance and low price.
