Espango will be exhibiting at CibusTec, the leading global trade fair dedicated to developments in technology and packaging for the food and drink industry.

The solutions we are showcasing at this trade fair include a comprehensive range of peristaltic pumps, dosing pumps and Teknoprene^® peristaltic hoses, ideal for the handling, transfer and dosing of liquids in industrial processes.

Espango dosing solutions for the agri-food sector

Peristaltic pumps: from micro-dosing to industrial applications
 

Espango develops peristaltic pumps for the safe handling of aggressive, viscous or sensitive food-grade liquids.

We manufacture a range of pumps for installation in OEM systems, available in enclosed or exposed motor configurations, ideal for the micro-dosing of additives, syrups, flavourings or colourings in production lines that require small-volume ‘drop-by-drop’ dosing, such as in vending machines and coffee machines...

Building on these small pumps, we have developed our bench-top or laboratory peristaltic pumps, suitable for stand-alone dosing in small-scale industrial processes, such as the micro-filling of bottles or jars, for example.

In addition to these categories of micro-peristaltic pumps, we also manufacture industrial peristaltic pumps for medium to high flow rates, suitable for dosing tomato purée, creams, additives, edible oils…

Teknoprene^®  tubes for peristaltic pumps

Espango will be showcasing the complete range of Teknoprene^® peristaltic hoses at the trade fair, designed and developed in-house by Teknofluor Srl. Peristaltic pump hoses are the only component in contact with the liquid, which makes them essential. We have therefore created a range of rubber compounds for peristaltic applications, each one different from the others to handle different liquids.

Available materials:

- Teknoprene^® TPV: thermoplastic vulcanised rubber.

- Teknoprene^® SIL: FDA-certified silicone for food-grade liquids

- Teknoprene^® HCR: high chemical resistance, for dosing aggressive substances

- Teknoprene^® FKM: fluorinated rubber for extreme applications
