The Teknoprene® TPV peristaltic tube is the ideal replacement for peristaltic pumps used in the swimming pool, professional cleaning, laboratory and dosing systems sectors.

Manufactured by Teknofluor Srl, a company specialising in the production of technical rubber and plastic products, Teknoprene® is a family of compounds developed to ensure high durability, dimensional accuracy and maximum reliability over time.

Thanks to the quality of the material and laser dimensional control during production, the Teknoprene® TPV tube guarantees consistent performance even after numerous crushing cycles.

This replacement tube is used both for dosing swimming pool products (chlorine, pH regulators, etc.) and for detergents, soaps and sanitizers, as well as acids, bases containing impurities and foaming agents in the professional cleaning sector.

Teknoprene® TPV hose applications in the cleaning sector
 

The Teknoprene® TPV replacement hose is particularly suitable as a hose for cleaning pumps in laundries and automatic washing systems. Thanks to its high chemical resistance, it is suitable as a peristaltic hose for alkaline detergents, sanitizers and chemical solutions used in professional cleaning processes.

Its elasticity and dimensional stability make it ideal as a replacement hose for washing systems, ensuring operational continuity and precision in dosing. Used as a hose for peristaltic detergent pumps, it ensures reliability even in the presence of intensive work cycles and aggressive substances.

For the detergent sector, alternatively, the Teknoprene® SIL variant can be requested, which is suitable for dosing fabric softeners and rinse aids.
