OEM Peristaltic Pumps

For integration into machinery and plant, they enable ‘drop-by-drop’ micro-dosing. Various models are available, fitted with Teknoprene^® hoses made from different elastomeric materials.

Benchtop peristaltic pumps – IPL SERIES

Pumps comprising OEM peristaltic heads integrated into a dust-tight IP40 enclosure. They enable automatic, timed dosing. They can be integrated into systems and machinery, but are designed for outdoor use.

Flow rates from 24 l/h to 200 l/h.

Industrial peristaltic pumps - IPI SERIES

Peristaltic pumps for medium to high flow rates, available with horizontal or vertical motors. Designed in collaboration with the customer to meet their requirements. Teknoprene^® TPV rubber tubing or reinforced rubber tubing. Reinforced screen; certifications available on request.

Flow rates from 5 l/h to 9,000 l/h.

What types of pumps are used in the printing industry?

There are numerous pumps designed for industrial printing systems, including centrifugal and diaphragm pumps supplied by A.G.I. Pompe; however, the ideal solution for handling liquids more effectively, with low maintenance and excellent value for money, is peristaltic pumps.

What fluids can be pumped using a peristaltic pump?

Peristaltic pumps can handle high-viscosity liquids, even those containing solid particles. Naturally, as the tubing is the only part in contact with the pumped liquid, this depends on the material of the tubing fitted to the peristaltic pump. Espango offers a range of elastomers specifically designed for peristaltic pumps, called Teknoprene^®, which we recommend you discuss with our technical department.

Are peristaltic pumps suitable for digital printing?

Small peristaltic pumps, such as our IPS18 or IPS100, are ideal for dosing on OEM machines, including printing presses and systems, such as digital and inkjet printers.

Is it possible to integrate a peristaltic pump into a printing press?

Yes, it is possible to integrate an OEM peristaltic pump into a printing press, but only after carefully assessing how and where to fit the pump. We recommend contacting our technical department to better understand how to manage the pump’s application within the printing process.
